Jean-Claude N Ashukem is an experienced researcher in environmental law and governance with over 10 years of experience in the interconnectivity between human rights and the environment from an African perspective.
He earned a doctorate in law and development from the North-West University in 2016. He has interests in environmental rights, procedural environmental rights, comparative environmental rights, human rights, aspects of constitutional law, climate change, land grabbing and food security.
