UWC Law Alumni Fund Launched

Steven Arnold Majiedt, a Justice of the Constitutional Court, is an alumnus of UWC, and an Honorary Professor in the UWC Law Faculty.

On Saturday, 11 November 2023, Justice Majiedt and his final year LLB class of 1983 held a reunion at UWC, and donated an amount of R30 000 to the Faculty for scholarships for law students.

The Faculty is extremely grateful to the LLB class of 1983 for this gesture.

The class of 1983 encourages other UWC Law Faculty alumni to contribute to the Fund.

Contributors will be entitled to a section 18A tax certificate.
