Prof Sloth-Nielsen of UWC Law Faculty played a key role in the development of transformative children's rights legislation in South Africa. At the time a member of staff of the then Community Law Centre, today the Dullah Omar Institute (DOI), she speaks about the 15 years of law reform that eventuated in the Child Justice Act and Children’s Act.
