Description
This case study is a review and analysis of the experiences
of Asiye eTafuleni (AeT), a non-profit organization that
focuses on urban design and planning with informal workers,
in Durban, South Africa. The main focus of this case study is highlighting AeT’s law
strategy, which is informed by the recognition that people
working in public spaces invariably come into contact with
the law and law enforcement agents for a variety of reasons.
It will also focus on interventions introduced in the interests
of the informal workers working in Warwick Junction.o description available.
