Description

The State of the Art Report is aimed at improving expertise and knowledge on the role unions and social dialogue can play with regard to the protection of gig workers. Running for 24 months (February 2018 – January 2020), the project analyses challenges of the gig economy in Germany, France, Italy, Poland, Spain, and Sweden. The research is complemented with a comparative assessment on how the gig economy affects industrial relations at both national and European level, with a view to delivering policy recommendations.
