He is a lawyer in Munich and a research affiliate of SALDRU/UCT. He is specialised on the representation of workers work councils and their trade unions.Before he studied he was chair of a general works council of a German steak house chain. He is a member and a supporter of trade unions. Ruediger is founder and member of several international networks of lawyers.
